I've taken a few trips here and one thing you'll notice about Jason is that he's really passionate about AV. His knowledge far surpasses many so-called "experts" I've spoken to at other shops. One shop even told me "If you try it here, you better buy it here." Seriously.
I never felt like he was selling me something I didn't need or want. If anything he and his crew went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed to properly evaluate the gear. Tell him what you like and he or his friendly staff will direct you to the products most aligned with your needs. Wayne helped me out with a few cables and that guy was very attentive and helpful. I've never had that level of customer service at any audio shop. Period.
